Cancelling Or Changing an Order Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or change an order and we are here to help you with the process.
Exceptions
If the goods have been worn, damaged or altered in any way, they will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that custom-made/special orders are not eligible for cancellation.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after having placed the order, or at your earliest availability.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 3 business days.
If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it by refusing delivery and returning the goods in accordance with our returns policy. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The goods must be in their original condition, packaging, and with all original documentation.
Changing an Order (Redesign)
If you need to change an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as you’re able to.
If you decide to make any changes and the 3D design has been done, you may be subject to additional costs for redesigning. If you decide to make any changes after you have approved the 3D design and the model has been printed, you may be subject to additional reprinting costs.
