Damaged Or Defective Items Policy
We take great care in packaging and shipping our fine jewelry and gemstones to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition; we also document the condition of all items prior to shipping. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help.
Exceptions
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we determine that the item(s) are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts, or show signs of wear.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery to report the issue. Please provide the following information:

Your order number;

A description of the damage or defect;

Photos of the damaged or defective item, as clear as possible.
Our customer service team will review your report and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Returning Damaged or Defective Items
If we determine that the item(s) may have been damaged or defective prior to our shipment, we will approve the return and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, include the original invoice or packing slip and any other documentation that came with it. We will cover the cost of the return shipping.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) one more time to appreciate the damages/defects better and process a refund or exchange, or if we ultimately determine that the item(s) were not damaged prior to shipment, we will work on another resolution with you. Please allow up to 3 business days of having received your items to receive a refund or get in touch with you.
